Only using 3.8 litres/min (1.0 gallon/min) of water, this water saving flow regulator valve can achieve 57% water reduction (compared to a standard 9 liters/min or 2.4 gallons/min tap aerator).
The water regulator is completely hidden in the fixture and is considered ‘vandal proof’. When replacing the hand shower or Shattaf, don’t forget to remove the washer regulator. Make sure the regulator is inserted in the new hose. This applied to the big tap too.
How to Install:
Installation is very straightforward; simply remove the washer from your shower hose and insert this flow regulator valve into the hand shower or Shattaf handle. For rain showers and fixed head showers, the regulator needs to be installed in the shower arm and for bip taps into the back of the back of the 1/2” connection.
Flow Rate:
3.8 liters/min = 1.0 gallon/minute
